About the Role

Optimum Patient Care Global are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to support across our international network of companies.


This is a fast paced and varied role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced internal teams, gaining technical experience in diary management and note taking, contract preparation, general administrative duties and office management support.


Primary responsibilities include:


  • Support the commercial and legal teams with scheduling meetings, note taking and action follow up.

  • Organise the administration of the departments, ensuring document management systems are maintained and updated as necessary.

  • Coordinate property management issues, draft contracts and lease agreements, maintain lettings database and deal with general property queries.

  • Support the management and maintenance of the central Norwich office, liaise with contractors, organise remedial works as necessary.

  • Provide a welcoming central point of contact for office users and use initiative to respond to general office management issues.


Experience:


  • Administrative and/or secretarial experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to deal professionally with stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work at pace in a busy working environment and able to multitask.

  • Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative, organising and prioritising own workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.


About Optimum Patient Care (OPC)


Optimum Patient Care (OPC) has been supporting chronic disease management and research in primary care for over 15 years. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise providing a range of quality improvement services to over 1000 GP surgeries across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our services include clinical audit and quality improvement programmes, IG-compliant data extraction services, and research support services. They are provided at no cost to participating practices and freely available to all GP surgeries across the UK. Our anonymised research database – OPC Research Database (OPCRD), is one of the largest electronic health record databases in the world for research use, with over 18 million anonymised patients.


Contract and Salary

This is a full-time position, office based at least four days per week at 12 Upper King Street, Norwich, NR3 1HA

Starting salary is £22,000.
